Nine terraced houses in a conservation area in Königs Wusterhausen

Project

On a plot of approx. 20,000 m², in the middle of a listed ensemble of Prussian clinker brick buildings, 9 terraced houses are being built. The architecture of the surroundings calls for a sensitive and sustainable construction method: building plinths of red clinker brick, high-quality plain-tile roofing and triple-glazed wooden windows are just some details of the elaborate architecture of the new building.

The units range in size from 102 to 147 m², spread over three floors. Behind the historic-looking exterior lie state-of-the-art interiors. Tiled bathrooms, high-quality parquet and intelligent building technology offer you the utmost comfort. You also receive the exclusive right to use a sophisticatedly designed part of the garden. During the planning phase, the floor plans can be adapted to the needs and wishes of the future owners. Parking spaces are located in front of the houses.

Completion of the project was planned for the end of 2018.

Königs Wusterhausen

Already popular with the Prussian kings 300 years ago, the town of Königs Wusterhausen south-east of Berlin is enjoying a new heyday. Rising property prices are a sure indicator of good investment opportunities in and around Königs Wusterhausen. The town benefits not only from its proximity to Berlin: its charming surroundings amid more than 70 lakes, a network of waterways over 80 km long and the green forests of Brandenburg promise the highest quality of life.

And on top of all this good living, Königs Wusterhausen has its own festival: the Bergfunk on the Funkerberg attracts more and more visitors from near and far every August.

New build in a historic ensemble

A building on this site was already planned in Prussian times, but it was never built. From today’s perspective we can say: fortunately! This way you can now enjoy the beauty and ambience of a listed site combined with the advantages and comfort of a new build. Looking out of the window you see your garden, and behind it the clear structures and shapes of former Prussian military buildings and stables, which are now used as high-quality apartments. History never stands still…

The terraced houses are being built to the KfW 55 standard and carefully integrated into the ensemble.
