1. Real estate agent, Acquisition/Resaler

Remit:

• autonomous management and construction of a regionally defined sales area for our office
• active acquisition of new properties, independently establish new contacts with real estate sellers, prepare properties, maintain contact with owners, negotiate again sales conditions, develop new sales strategies, control advertising, to lead purchase negotiations
  
• perceive of personal consultation appointments with interested buyers, to record the search criteria, the exact needs and desires of the customer, show funding opportunities, show selected properties, prepare sales contracts, carry out property handovers

Our expectations:

• professional:
  Preferably you should have worked in a real estate sales, you have sound knowledge or completed the education of real estate agent, if you want to work as a career changer, you should have worked at least in a similar industry and have a particular knowledge
• personal:
  You are a teamplayer, you can listen well and you enjoy to work with different people. You have to organize yourself and have to work by yourself.
  Precision, service orientation and reliability should be one of your characteristics. This includes capacity and flexibility. Sincerity is very important for our team.

2. Trainee

Remit:

• You visit different properties with our real estate agents and prepare the documents with them
• You make exposés and get the details from the competent authorities
• Assisting in the organization of events, meetings and presentations
• Support our team in their daily work
• Contribute to general marketing activities

Our expectations:

• At least three month internship
• A commitment and team ability
• Good manners and friendly appearance
• a safe with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• preferably you speak another foreign language

For us, you can act as an independent partner or staff member.
