REFURBISHMENT AND CONVERSION
From 2024, the listed ensemble is being elaborately refurbished and converted to meet contemporary living standards. This includes the attic storeys of the former barracks and utility wings with their regionally typical brick façades. The refurbishment creates apartments for different target groups within the plain, austere buildings.
